My situation was continually getting worse.\u00a0 My mother tried her best to find a way out without giving up.\u00a0 She consulted a medium about what happened to me.\u00a0 The medium told us that I had offended an evil spirit and it was not a big problem.\u00a0 She suggested to me to drink some tea made from joss stick ashes.\u00a0 It did not work.<\/p>\n

My mother also invited a monk from Tibet to my house. He said it was because of the bad Fung Shui in my house that caused the problem.\u00a0 He touched my back with an unknown power. I could feel a great heat at my back.\u00a0 He said that I would be all right.\u00a0 But what was the outcome?<\/p>\n

Then, we went to see the Bai Long Wang, a very well know man who is believed to have super strong spiritual power in Thailand.\u00a0 He told us that there was \u201c a mother with a son \u201c following us all the way.\u00a0 And at that moment, they were waiting for us at the entrance of his office.\u00a0 I am not as silly as this to believe such ridiculous things. So I asked him why they did not get rid of us and when did they start to follow us?\u00a0 He said, \u201cIt is not the time yet. They are \u201c evil spirits of trees \u201c.\u00a0 You need to avoid all kinds of plants.\u201d\u00a0 As there was no other solution, we followed his instructions.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Later, he came to my house and conducted a ceremony for driving out the evil spirits.\u00a0 They put Thai incantations on our door.\u00a0 He insisted that I had to sit inside a circle built with candles and should not leave the circle.\u00a0 I felt very uneasy and there was another power coming into my body, which was greater than the one inside me.\u00a0 I could feel that the two powers were fighting.\u00a0 I wanted to leave the circle but I did not.\u00a0 I also saw that Bai Long Wang was very exhausted.\u00a0 May be, he had already tried his best.<\/p>\n

After that, not only was my situation not improved, strange things happened to me even more frequently.\u00a0 One time, I was like a mad man running down from the 10th<\/sup> floor to the ground in our building within just a few seconds.\u00a0 My family members were taking a lift trying to catch me but they were still\u00a0not\u00a0as fast as\u00a0me.\u00a0 Fortunately, they informed the security guard to catch me and I was therefore saved.\u00a0\u00a0 Another time, I held my mother\u2019s neck and talked in an unknown language, which was not English or Chinese.\u00a0 I did know that I did this to my mother until my family members told me.\u00a0 It seemed that this was done by another person.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Also, another time, I was with my friend at my place.\u00a0 Then, we went out together.\u00a0 When we were waiting for the lift, I got a phone call and I saw the number was my home number.\u00a0 I told my friend that it was my family calling me so we headed back home.\u00a0 When we opened the door, we found something very strange.\u00a0 I\u00a0started to realize\u00a0that there should be no one at home ! We therefore ran away immediately.\u00a0 Although it happened many years ago, I am sure my friend would still remember this.<\/p>\n

My mother knew a Christian friend at her work place.\u00a0 She knew my situation from my mother and desired to help me.\u00a0 My mother had been worshiping idols and she offered me to a Chinese goddess, Guanyin (a Bodhisattva) since I was very young. Because there was no way to help me, inevitably, she had to try Christianity.\u00a0 She talked to me about that many times but I refused.\u00a0 One day, she invited her colleague and three other church friends to my home without informing me, so I had to give some response to them unwillingly.\u00a0 I was not friendly to them at all and did not feel anything special when they sang worship songs.\u00a0 They asked me to pray with them and I just followed.<\/p>\n

But, unexpectedly, when I tried to follow them saying, \u201cin Jesus\u2019 name I pray\u201d, I immediately felt a power inside me stopping me to talk.\u00a0 I felt something was holding my neck not allowing me to talk.\u00a0 I was suffering and said, \u201cNo! No! I am in much pain! Leave me alone!\u201d\u00a0 Then, I could not talk at all.\u00a0 The church friends urged me to speak out \u201c in Jesus\u2019 name \u201c and I tried my best to do so, and I made it.\u00a0 After they left, I felt different powers inside me, making me sick.\u00a0 I didn\u2019t have any solution.\u00a0<\/p>\n

I went on with my life without any direction.\u00a0 One day, I was drunk and was taken home by my friends as usual.\u00a0\u00a0Then, I was in bed.\u00a0 Suddenly, \u201cI\u201d woke up and knocked my face against the table corner near my bed.\u00a0 My hands hit on the mirror and broke it in pieces.\u00a0 At that moment, my blood was everywhere.\u00a0 My family reported that to the police.\u00a0 My family members, the police and the nursing officers held on to \u201cme\u201d.\u00a0 I was so strong that it was very difficult to stop me.\u00a0 After much struggling, finally, they were able to tie my hands and feet up and send me to the hospital.\u00a0 \u201cI\u201d was continually shouting and struggling for a while.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Then, \u201c I \u201c calmed down and after a while, \u201cI\u201d started to talk to my brother, \u201cBrother, why do you treat me like that? Why do you treat your brother in this way?\u00a0 I am suffering!\u00a0 Please help me and set me free!\u201d\u00a0 My brother looked at my eyes and listened to my voice tone.\u00a0 He realized that \u201cI\u201d was not normal so he did not release me.\u00a0 For a while, \u201cI\u201d started to shout loudly again.<\/p>\n

Since I had a number of records for being hospitalized, my doctor suggested that after having had the operation, I should be sent to the ” sanatorium” again. But they could not force me to stay in there because I did not commit any crime.\u00a0 My family did not allow me to be sent to there again, of course.<\/p>\n

Then after a while, I truly calm down and fell into a deep sleep.\u00a0 When I woke up, I felt extremely tried and strong pain with my hands.\u00a0 My face was also very painful.\u00a0 The only thing different was I realized that the evil power and the negative thoughts were not inside me anymore.\u00a0 I felt deep peace\u00a0 in my heart.<\/p>\n

Then, a nurse told me that I was going to have an operation.\u00a0 I asked, \u201cWhat is the operation for?\u201d\u00a0 The nurse said, \u201cDon\u2019t you know that?\u201d\u00a0 I really didn\u2019t know why I needed an operation.\u00a0 The nurse told me that the operation was for rejoining my broken hand tendon.\u00a0 I was afraid of what caused my broken hand tendon.\u00a0 I did not know the reason until my family told me what happened!<\/p>\n

You could not imagine how I could resist so many people with my broken hand tendon.\u00a0 What was the power in control of me?\u00a0 I and my family knew about that.\u00a0 This evil power deceived my brother by pretending to be pitiful.\u00a0<\/p>\n

I can tell you now that if it was not by God\u2019s grace, I would have jumped out of the window and took my own life, and I would not be able to share with you about this witness anymore.<\/p>\n

I was finally reborn again!!\u00a0 During the days staying at home for recovery, God was with me every day.\u00a0 The feeling of peace and security was so real.\u00a0 It could not be described by any word.\u00a0 After having received Jesus, I change a lot.\u00a0 My stubborn personality and hot-temper was disappeared.\u00a0<\/p>\n

I let go with my anger and bitterness.\u00a0 My Lord helped me to think through.\u00a0 I understand that if I am angry with every little thing, it will accumulate and become a huge hatred and bitterness inside my heart. That would break the peace in my soul and will damage my good nature.\u00a0 Therefore, I need to accept and forgive people when things go wrong.\u00a0 In this way, I will have fewer burdens in my life.\u00a0<\/p>\n

On the other hand, when our enemies are in failure and unable to regain their glory in the past, they have distresses in their heart.\u00a0 They would have no confidence.\u00a0 If at the same time, they need to face those people they hurt before, it is not easy.\u00a0 When I try to stand in their shoes, I can let go of my anger and hatred.<\/p>\n

Regarding my brother, before I thought that there would be no chance to rebuild our brotherhood relationship.\u00a0 Now, when I think from another angle, I can understand that he might not be aware of what he said to me was hurting me.\u00a0 In our life, many people are not aware that they are hurting other people with their words, including myself.\u00a0 I am also thankful that it was because of my brother, I could get away from the ” sanatorium”.<\/p>\n

My family also found that I am happier after I have received Jesus.\u00a0 I am also more forward looking with a clearer direction.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Heads up for next chapter:\u00a0 We need to put effort towards preserving the peace and security given by God.\u00a0 My job caused me going to church less and less.\u00a0 After having a spree, I was roused suddenly from sleep on the plane.\u00a0 What happened to me was even more terrible than before!\u00a0 Next Chapter (8): Going Astray<\/p>\n

\u9084\u662f\u8ff7\u8ff7\u7cca\u7cca\u7684\u904e\u7740\u65e5\u5b50\u3002\u6709\u4e00\u5929\uff0c\u6211\u50cf\u5e73\u6642\u4e00\u6a23\u559d\u9189\u4e86\uff0c\u88ab\u670b\u53cb\u5e36\u56de\u5bb6\u4e2d\uff0c\u4ea6\u50cf\u5e73\u6642\u4e00\u6a23\u7761\u5728\u5e8a\u4e0a\u3002\u7a81\u7136\uff0c\u300e\u6211\u300f\u5750\u8d77\u4e86\u8eab\uff0c\u7528\u81c9\u90e8\u649e\u5411\u5e8a\u982d\u7684\u67b1\u89d2\uff0c\u7acb\u6642\u8840\u6d41\u62ab\u77bc\uff01\u5bb6\u4eba\u60f3\u7acb\u5373\u963b\u6b62\uff0c\u4f46\u7576\u6642\u300e\u6211\u300f\u7684\u529b\u91cf\u5f88\u5927\uff0c\u9084\u885d\u5411\u6d17\u624b\u9593\uff0c\u7528\u624b\u6253\u7834\u4e86\u5f88\u5927\u584a\u7684\u93e1\u5b50\uff0c\u9019\u6642\u7684\u6211\uff0c\u5df2\u56db\u8655\u67d3\u6eff\u9bae\u8840\uff01\u5bb6\u4eba\u5831\u4e86\u6848\uff0c\u8b66\u5bdf\u548c\u6551\u8b77\u54e1\u4e5f\u5230\u4e86\u5834\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u548c\u6211\u7684\u5bb6\u4eba\u5408\u529b\u5c07\u300e\u6211\u300f\u5236\u670d\uff0c\u5dee\u4e00\u9ede\u4e5f\u5236\u6b62\u4e0d\u4f4f\u3002\u5e78\u597d\u6700\u7d42\u4ed6\u5011\u4e5f\u80fd\u628a\u6211\u7684\u56db\u80a2\u7d2e\u5728\u6551\u8b77\u5e8a\u4e0a\u9001\u53bb\u91ab\u9662\u3002\u5230\u4e86\u91ab\u9662\uff0c\u300e\u6211\u300f\u5728\u88ab\u7d81\u7740\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u9084\u4e0d\u65b7\u5730\u6399\u624e\uff0c\u5927\u53eb\u5927\u56b7\uff0c\u904e\u4e86\u4e00\u9663\u5b50\uff0c\u537b\u53c8\u5e73\u975c\u4e0b\u4f86\u3002<\/p>\n
