It is very exciting to me that I am able to join the Usher Ministry.\u00a0 I can see God\u2019s leading in the whole process as how our team is formed.\u00a0 Let me take this opportunity to introduce our ministry to you!<\/p>\n
We are a team of servers.\u00a0 We work closely with each other to build the morale among Elim Church members. We want to create a spiritual atmosphere in each of our meetings.\u00a0 We hope every member of the church feels that he\/she is welcomed and is important. And through this serving ministry our own spiritual lives are strengthened together.\u00a0 Our slogan is \u201c To Serve from Your Heart \u201c!<\/p>\n
Our Role<\/p>\n
All the welcoming and reception functions in our church activities and meetings are our primary responsibility. And we have to help new friends find themselves comfortable here too. Managing our meeting venue and resources for different meetings and functions is a must.\u00a0 In short, we are here to serve and to ensure all our activities and meetings are smoothly run.<\/p>\n
It has taken only 2 months to form this team, and thus, we are all new to this ministry and we are still under training. There are a lot of challenges here.\u00a0 But those difficulties, or even mistakes, only serve to make us stronger and motivate us to improve and to grow together.\u00a0 We are here to support and to encourage each other, with the hearts to fulfill what God has called us to do !<\/p>\n

\u6574\u500b\u5718\u968a\u7684\u8a95\u751f\u96d6\u7136\u53ea\u662f\u77ed\u77ed\u5169\u500b\u6708\uff0c\u5176\u5be6\u4e5f\u9762\u5c0d\u4e0d\u5c11\u7684\u6311\u6230\u3002\u56e0\u70ba\u6211\u5011\u90fd\u662f\u300c\u65b0\u4e01\u300d\uff0c\u5927\u5bb6\u4ecd\u5728\u57f9\u8a13\u4e2d\u3002\u4f46\u6709\u6642\u90a3\u4e9b\u5927\u610f\u7684\u758f\u5ffd\u3001\u81e8\u5834\u7dca\u6025\u7684\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u537b\u4ee4\u6574\u500b\u5718\u968a\u5f4c\u6f2b\u8457\u5f7c\u6b64\u5b78\u7fd2\u3001\u5f7c\u6b64\u670d\u4f8d\u7684\u6c23\u6c1b\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u8457\u6211\u5011\u4e00\u8d77\u9032\u6b65\u53ca\u6210\u9577\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u652f\u6301\u548c\u6fc0\u52f5\uff0c\u4f7f\u5927\u5bb6\u4e0d\u6015\u8271\u96e3\uff0c\u77a7\u8457\u4f7f\u547d\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u53bb\uff01<\/p>\n
