Drama Team戲劇
Our mission is to present aspects of God’s Word and message in an entertaining manner; whether through live drama or through other media such as film.
Since many intrinsic morals and messages of God’s word is not easily interpreted by all, especially by new believers, our works are all written and directed by our team using modern, common day language and mannerisms. As thus – via a visual interpretation of God’s Word, our works make God’s Word easier to understand.
Therefore, with every drama we undertake, we seek to refresh our church services with hearty doses of the deep and meaningful, lightly dressed with humour and vice versa.
In September 2010, the Elim Drama Team took our theatrics outside of our church for the first time. The team presented a drama about overcoming the issues of addiction for young people currently recovering at a rehabilitation centre.
Having done so, the Elim Drama Team now realizes that our ministry not only serves to entertain – we are a ministry with massive potential in reaching out to our wider community here in Hong Kong.

4. Pastors Appreciation Sunday Drama我們的異象是透過戲劇或其他媒體，例如電影，用富娛樂性的手法去傳達神的訊息。
福音中有些訊息可能比較抽象，並不是所有人都覺得容易理解，尤其是初信者和從末接觸過福音的朋友。所以，我們所有的製作都用最生活化的語言，加上些搞笑的橋段，務求將發人深省的訊息，帶到觀眾的心靈深處。
2010年9月，我們第一次把以琳劇院帶出教會，去到青年戒毒康復中心，用話劇與他們分享怎樣克服戒毒過程中各種的掙扎和當中的心路歷程。
透過這次外展，以琳戲劇組明白到我們不單只是為觀眾帶來娛樂 — 而是一個很有潛力去接觸香港更多不同社群的事奉。
